I was on holiday in Penzance and someone had told me about swimming in the sea underneath the sea pool. My friend couldn't come with me on the morning it had to be so I nervously headed through Penzance, round the side of the sea pool and down to the sea wall.

There I found a community of dippers who were so friendly and full of advice. The morning was literally gorgeous. I buzzed after the swim.

The sky looked something like this with the sun just beginning to warm up ready for the day but the world was full of energy and inside myself I was full of warmth and excitement. If all days started like that, would we have any dark shadows inside ourselves?
